Now that we know who you are and have a little information about what you would like to do to enhance your home or business, we need to meet in person, or virtually, at your home or business to understand the finer details. This meeting is used to get to know you, learn more specifics about your vision and desires as well as share more about us and how the project will unfold going forward. We will take photos of the project area, take measurements, discuss ideas, and zero in on the design to work with the theme of your home within your given budget. All the information gathered will feed into the development of the solution design estimate. The time spent on this step is critical, as it is the foundation for defining the solution which we will deliver to make your vision a reality. The length of time will vary based on the size, complexity and magnitude of the project. Larger projects may need us to meet several times to obtain all the details, measurements, etc.
Once we have created and reviewed the solution design and cost with you, we will incorporate any final design changes agreed upon. This will be converted into a contract inclusion of the final design, cost, estimated delivery timing and payment terms. Typically, projects have three (3) simple payments. First payment collected at contract signing, the second at a defined time in the delivery based on the completion of a specific portion of the solution and the third payment upon delivery of the complete solution. Note: the size and complexity of the project may require additional payments defined at specific completion points of the solution. These will be explicitly identified in the agreement prior to either of us signing it.
Our team takes the lead from here ordering the materials, coordinating material delivery, coordinating with you for our team to arrive and create your vision. Once this begins, we communicate with you on a regular basis to keep you informed, aligned with our team’s progress and how it relates to the original time estimates of the delivery. Everything is now in motion, so you can relax and watch as our craftsmen make your vision a reality.
After everything has been completed and you are satisfied with all the work, you will sign a completion form and provide final payment. We are very proud of every project we complete and love it when you share our creativity with others. With your consent, we will schedule a final visit for our professional photographer to take photos of the beautiful work we did to bring your vision to life.
